The Outcome

In the very first episode of our Berry Good Food Academy: Farm to Dish series, we have the incredible opportunity to visit Ivo Fedak, the passionate owner of Mindful Mushrooms, located in El Cajon, and Chef Davin Waite, a culinary innovator from the Plot in beautiful Oceanside. Both of these remarkable individuals are dedicated community leaders who are tirelessly working towards creating and promoting a healthier, more sustainable food system in our region.

Our exciting and collaborative video series with Tuna Harbor Dockside Market features the talented Chef Davin Waite from the popular Wrench and Rodent Seabasstropub. In this vibrant series, he prepares fresh Opah that comes directly from Haworth Fishing, while also showcasing the incredible and diverse local seafood flavors that our beautiful San Diego coastline has to offer.
